Beaucoup de fournisseurs prennent une commande, la placent quelque part, puis se taisent dès qu'un problème survient. Nous procédons autrement. Le tissage et la couture sont réalisés par des filatures que nous avons qualifiées et dont nous détenons les certificats ; le cahier des charges, l'échantillon de pré-production, l'inspection avant expédition et le compte lui-même nous appartiennent. Une seule partie a rédigé la spécification, et une seule en répond.
Chaque commande est produite d'après un échantillon de pré-production approuvé. Rien n'entre en production tant que vous n'avez pas validé le tissu réel, l'impression réelle et la construction réelle — pas un rendu.
