Custom Printed Jute Bags

Printing well on jute is a craft. The fibre has texture and irregularity that will eat a poorly prepared file — we prepare artwork specifically for the substrate so the result is crisp rather than muddy.

Overview

About this product line

We run three print processes. Screen printing lays down thick, opaque spot colour and is the most durable choice on textured fabric — it is what we recommend for logos and bold marks at volume. Offset printing reproduces photographic images and fine gradients, and works best on laminated surfaces. Digital printing removes plate and screen costs entirely, which makes short runs and versioned artwork viable.

Every job starts with a digital proof. Once you approve it we produce a physical pre-production sample so you can check colour and placement on the actual fabric before the run commits.

Send us vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) wherever possible. If you only have a raster file we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at size.

Applications

  • Retail brand packaging
  • Corporate gifting and merchandise
  • Event and conference bags
  • Product launches and campaigns
  • Private-label retail programmes

Frequently asked

What file format should I send?
Vector is always best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts outlined. For raster artwork we need 300 dpi at final print size. Our design team will flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly before we quote.
Can I see a sample before the full run?
Yes, and we recommend it. We produce a paid pre-production sample on the actual specified fabric. Nothing goes into production until you sign that off.
