About this product line
We screen print sacks with the durable, high-opacity inks needed for agricultural and industrial identification. Typical content is the mill mark, origin, grade, lot code, net weight and any certification logos required by the receiving market.
Print can be applied to one or both faces. Because sacking cloth is coarse and absorbent, we adjust mesh, ink viscosity and squeegee pressure to the specific fabric weight — this is what keeps small text and fine certification marks readable.
Where lot codes change between runs we can supply overprinting equipment recommendations, or handle variable data at our end.

- Will the print survive shipping and handling?
- Yes. We use high-opacity inks formulated for coarse absorbent cloth and cure them properly. Marks remain legible through normal filling, stacking and container transit.
