About this product line
The lamination is applied to the inside face of the woven jute, so the exterior keeps the raw golden-fibre appearance while the bag gains a wipe-clean barrier. This is what makes the format work equally well for supermarket grocery programmes, hotel amenity bags, conference giveaways and premium retail packaging.
We build these bags with a reinforced base panel and bar-tacked handle attachments as standard. Handle choice, gusset depth, closure and pocket configuration are all specified per order, and the print area can extend across the front, the front and back, or wrap the full body.
Every production run is checked against an approved pre-production sample. We share digital proofs before plates or screens are made, so what you sign off is what ships.

- Does the lamination affect recyclability?
- The jute substrate remains biodegradable. The interior film is a thin PP layer chosen for durability; we also offer an uncoated natural jute construction where a fully compostable bag is required.
- Can you match a Pantone colour?
- Yes. Provide the Pantone reference for the fabric dye and the print inks and we will match against a physical lab dip before production.
